Totalock: Number Sum Puzzle – Privacy Policy

1. Summary

Your progress, daily puzzle history, stats and settings are stored only on your device. There is no account, and we don't collect or see your personal information. The App shows ads from Google AdMob, which you can remove with an in-app purchase. We do not sell your personal information.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

The App keeps the following on your device only. It is never sent to us:

• Stars earned on each level, hint coins and pack rewards
• Solved daily puzzles, your streak and monthly trophies
• Solve counts and best times per board size, and Quick Target scores
• The game you are in the middle of, so you can continue later
• Settings such as Zen mode, theme and haptics, and whether you bought Remove Ads

Deleting the App removes all of this data.

3. Advertising

The App shows banner, interstitial and rewarded ads served by Google AdMob (Google LLC). To serve and measure ads, Google may collect:

• Device identifiers, such as the advertising identifier (IDFA on iPhone and iPad, if you allow it, or the Android advertising ID)
• Approximate location based on your IP address
• Device information, such as model, operating system and language
• Ad interactions, app interactions and diagnostic data

Where required by law (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), the App first shows Google's consent form so you can choose how your data is used for ads. On iPhone and iPad, the App then asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", your advertising identifier isn't used, ads are not personalized, and you can still play. Where the consent form applies, you can change your choice later in the App's Settings under Privacy choices.

Rewarded ads are always optional: you choose to watch one for a hint, an extra life or to play a past daily puzzle. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and in how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers one optional purchase, Remove Ads. Payment is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we never see your payment details. The App only stores on your device that the purchase was made, and asks the store to restore it when you tap Restore purchases.

5. Ratings

The Rate option in Settings opens the app store page. Any rating or review you leave is handled by Apple or Google, not by us.

6. Analytics and Crash Reporting

The App has no analytics or crash-reporting tools of its own.

7. Data We Collect Ourselves

None. If you email us, we use your email address only to reply.

8. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your Choices

• Tracking (iPhone and iPad): Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Advertising ID (Android): Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Google → Ads), where you can delete or reset it.
• Ad consent: in the App's Settings under Privacy choices (shown where required by law).
• Ads: buy Remove Ads in the App's Settings to turn off banner and interstitial ads.
• Your data: deleting the App removes all its data from your device.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and its "Last updated" date.
